Any acceptance by Dacha Oak of the customers order is conditional upon acceptance by the customer of these conditions which, unless otherwise agreed in writing, shall be the only conditions applicable to any contract entered into by the company for the sale of product to the customer.

 

Credit

We offer no credit terms. A 50% deposit is payable upon order and to move order into production. The remaining 50% is payable prior to delivery.

 

Prices

Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the company in writing, prices quoted in any contact, order, price list or otherwise are subject to increase without notice in the event of there being, prior to delivery of the goods, any rise in market price of the goods or any increase to the cost of the company of, or caused by, materials, fuel, labour, transport, government or other duties or taxes.

 

Restocking Policy

Goods will be accepted back into stock only if they have unopened packaging and are received by the company in a re-sellable condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the product to the company. A 20% re-stocking levy will be charged. On payment of the re-stocking charge a credit for the remainder will be issued.

 

Claims

​

Any claims of shortages or claims of damaged goods which are not either marked on the delivery note or notified in writing within three days of receipt of goods shall not be entertained by the company. Settlement of any such claim shall be strictly limited to the value of the goods.

Either by fitting or finishing your door or making alterations in any way, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods as supplied. Unfortunately, we cannot replace a faulty or incorrectly supplied joinery if ANY alterations have been carried out.

 

Catalogues

All descriptive and sales catalogues, other advertising matter and price-lists are intended merely to represent a general idea of the goods described therein and none of these shall form part of the contract.

Storage of Items

​

We advise that all items are stored flat. Never stand any items up against a wall as this may cause warping. All items are to be stored in dry areas. All wet work must be completed and dry.
