If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing either via email or post with your reference number and contact details.
Your right to cancel your order begins the moment you place your order, and finishes 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods dispatched at different times or from different locations, the 14 day period runs from when you receive the last of the batch.

Eligible For A Return

The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Any damaged/opened or unsellable products will not be accepted for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be made in the 14 day period as explained above.

* Visual inspection of the flooring before installation is recommended. The installer/user assumes all responsibility for final inspection of product quality as once the flooring has been installed or used it is considered accepted by the installer/owner.



Once your return item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If for whatever reason we have not got your details on file to refund to we will contact you to complete the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared. Alternatively contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared.

Once it has been confirmed by us, you should return your product to: Dacha Oak, Unit 10, Elms Court Essex SS0 0BFYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please insure when shipping the item/s back to us, you should consider using an insured/trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned goods. If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of your products.
